Hi and Welcome to CARON ANDERSON FITNESS!
I’m a certified Personal Trainer through the AFLCA, specializing in Resistance Training. Like many of you reading this, I too have struggled with finding what works for my body. Maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle has been ingrained in me since I was a toddler. As a competitive dancer growing up, I’ve always been exposed to challenging my mind and body, physical and mentally. Although I hung up the dance shoes, I traded them in for runners when I was eighteen. I started training for numerous races, half marathons, 10kms and 5km sprints.
Cardio wise, I was in the best shape of my life. Yet, I wasn’t happy with the way my body looked. Even though I was lean, there was no definition or tone that my dancer body offered. This is when I turned to the gym and discovered a world I hadn’t yet been exposed to. The endless options of workouts you can design and create, fully catered to your physical ability, hooked me.
For me, the gym is a place to connect with myself and work towards my personal goals while sustaining a lifestyle tailored to my body. My desire to become a Trainer stemmed from the lack of women having the support and empowerment in gyms. It’s my goal to guide you through the process of maintaining a healthy, strong and confident fitness journey.
